Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed or modified
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the RA number and original receipt in the package
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item, subject to availability of the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
